What to Return
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We strive to provide 100% satisfaction on each and every order. If at all during the first 60 days of purchase you decide that you do not want to keep your product, we will accept a return on all unopened items. Refunds will be 100% less the cost of shipping.
If your item arrived damaged, leaking, or defective we will replace or refund the entire amount of your order.
Due to the nature of the products which Upscale Bitch sells, we cannot accept returns on any items which have been open and/or used. This policy is in place to protect our employees and anybody else handling the packages.
